On January 22nd, 2012 Jordyn and Chad Collins (Minifig & Stud) launched Your Creative Friends (YCF) as a way to share their love for LEGO with each other and the LEGO community on YouTube. Located in the Philadelphia area, they looked for LEGO events in their area to attend and participate in, and learned that the closest LEGO convention was located hours away. This sparked the idea to create Philly Brick Fest, the Philadelphia area's first major LEGO Fan Event. With Philly Brick Fest being a Fan of LEGO (FOL) event that highlights custom LEGO fan-built creations, the duo also wanted to create more hands-on LEGO attractions built to Inspire, Educate, & Entertain LEGO lovers of all ages. The result is Brick Fest Live, a touring LEGO Fan Event that may be coming to a city near you! Ticket information and tour dates can be found at www.brickfestlive.com.
