After playing over 600 gigs in his 5 year solo career, Danny Gruff does not see the studio or stage as a daunting aspect, but more of a second home. Sharing the bill with the likes of Bastille, Lawson, Frank Turner, Mcfly and King Blues, Danny proves that you don't have to have commercial success to put on a good show or write a good song. Between 2011 and 2013, Danny released 2 EP's, 'Saturday Nights/Sunday Mornings' and 'Friends/Love/Drink', which showed his ever evolving sound which falls under the genres of Folk/Punk/Pop. These EP's were met with a positive reception and received BBC radio play and a lot of Sync'ing opporutunities (one track even got played on Hollyoaks). The EP's were backed up with tours across the UK in venues such as Glasgow King Tuts and O2 Academy's (between 100-500 capacity venues). These were tours shared with the likes of James Bourne (Ex Busted/Son of Dork), Beans On Toast, The King Blues as well as Dave Giles(of which Danny released a co written EP with
