Kapela Memphis vznikla v roce 2005 v Hradci Králové. Na české hudební scéně se prosadila singlem Sunshine (4.nejhranější skladba v českých rádiích), který vyšel na debutové desce In Songs About Her. Skupina spolupracuje s předními českými i světovými producenty jako např. Dalibor Cidlinský (XindlX, Slza, Tomáš Klus) a Greg Haver (Chinaski, Manic Street Preachers). Memphis zakončili rok 2016 vydáním nového EP Zůstávám a sérií koncertů po kavárnách Coffee tour. Na začátku roku 2017 vyšla novinka Nad ránem, která je stejně jako předchozí singl Zůstávám v rotaci rádií a na ÓčkoTv.
