Tudo começou em meados de 2008 no Pq. Res. Cocaia - Grajaú, bairro da zona sul de SP. quando MC Natan (Nataniel Sousa) escreveu sua primeira música "Vem novinha". Não teve oportunidade de gravar pelas más condições. Dois anos se passaram e MC Natan teve a oportunidade de gravar sua primeira música, foi aí que tudo começou de verdade, a gravou no dia 21 de março de 2010 com seu irmão e seu amigo de infância que na época se chamavam "Mc Jandinho" e "Mc Iguinho". Dali começaram a compôr mais músicas e gravá-las, mas com tanta impaciência e dificuldade, seus parceiros da música desistiram da carreira. MC Natan ficou sete mêses sem cantar, mas teve seu retorno ao funk dia 08 de Janeiro de 2012 seguindo sua carreira solo num estilo diferente, com letras mais conscientes, que se baseavam na realidade do mundo. Hoje ele entra com o "funk dançante" um funk diferente influenciado pelo o estilo gerado no Rio de Janeiro. Sua missão e seu querer verdadeiramente é representar o bairro onde cresceu e
