Привет, вы на канале Дмитрия Покревского. Несколько лет назад мне было 55 и я был толстый и больной. Проблемы с cердцем заставили полностью изменить образ жизни. Теперь мне уже 64 (1957г рожд.) и я стал стройным и здоровым. Бегаю марафоны, делаю триатлоны, занимаюсь на турнике и все время в хорошей форме. Делюсь своим опытом на этом канале и на сайте www.man50.ru Где я лечился? Да, дома и на свежем воздухе. Я никогда не ходил в тренажерный зал.(Хотя теперь уже начал. В октябре 2015 меня соблазнили абонементом в фитнес центр.) Мои доктора: правильное питание, физкультура и позитивный настрой. О своем образе жизни рассказываю на этом канале. PS Небольшое дополнение. Осенью 2015 начал ходить в фитнесцентр. Не потому, что "предал" домашние тренировки. Нет, просто в современном фитнесцентре столько возможностей для тренировок, что устоять не смог.
