Hi, my name is Christian and I'm 45 years old. I am a Father of 4 kids, a full-time Business Executive and then... a CrossFit Master! I try to be one of the fittest masters in the world despite looking after my family, a demanding job, intercontinental business travels, paying my bills and trying to achieve my fitness goals. Since I started CrossFit in 2013, aged 40, I have been aiming to finish Top 200 worldwide at the CrossFit Open in the 45-49 age category and I finally achieved it in 2019. To achieve my goal, I have worked hard at addressing my weaknesses. For the 2020, I will aim to finish Top 100 worldwide. My over-arching goal is to INSPIRE everyone get FITTER as they grow older and prove that depste ALL the constraints above: THERE IS NO EXCUSE TO KEEP FIT AND EVEN BECOME FITTER!!
