Tolga Gülen, İstanbul’da doğdu. Marmara Üniversitesi Atatürk Eğitim Fakültesi Müzik Eğitimi Bölümü mezunudur. 'Güzel bir dünya' isimli şarkısı TRT Çocuk Koroları arşivinde yer almaktadır. Ekim 1995'ten itibaren 1998-1999 öğretim yılına kadar Marmara Üniversitesi Spor Akademisi'nde 'Temel Müzik Eğitimi' ve 'Oyun-Müzik-Dans' eğitimleri verdi. 2000-2001 yılları arasında 'Türkiye Online' isimli internet portalında Müzik Editörü olarak görev yaptı. 2001-2010 arasında Cihat Aşkın ile çalışmalarına devam eden Gülen, 2004 yılında Türkiye'nin ilk popüler Acapella topluluğu 'Vokaliz'i kurdu. Gülen, o tarihten itibaren Vokaliz ile birçok TV ve Radyo programı ile önemli stüdyo kayıtlarına ve senfonik konser projelerine imza attı. Müzik Yöneticisi ve Motivatif Prodüktör olarak çalışmalarını sürdüren Tolga Gülen halen PoliPop ve PoliRock korolarının şefidir. www.PoliPop.biz
