Drei junge Absolventen der Journalismus- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Enrique Fonseca, Alberto Rodríguez und Enrique Couto lernten sich bei einem Politologie-Sommerkurs kennen und wurden sofort dicke Freunde, da sie die gleiche Leidenschaft für Politik und Wirtschaft teilten. Sie waren fasziniert davon, ideologieunabhängig zu ergründen, was in der Welt aus welchem Grund passiert. Per Skype diskutierten sie über Bücher, Artikel und Politik allgemein. Eines Tages hatten sie die Idee, diese Gespräche auf YouTube hochzuladen. So entstand 2016 VisualPolitik auf Spanisch, 2017 auf Englisch und 2018 trat der Informatiker Mark Reicher dem Team bei, um die deutsche Ausgabe zu schaffen. Seitdem gehen wir unabhängig und fundiert Fragen nach wie: ... welche wichtigen Entwicklungen spielen sich rund um den Erdball ab, von denen man nichts mitbekommt? ... welche Politik führt dazu, dass es bestimmten Ländern und den Menschen dort gut oder schlecht geht? ... was kann man daraus lernen?
