DETAILS ABOUT Down in the Ground
Welcome to my You Tube channel, which I have set up so you can come with me on my metal detecting journey. I received my first metal detector at the end of June 2020 and watched hundreds of hours of You Tube channels before plucking up the courage to sign up on my first organised dig. My first find was a Vicky bun head (Queen Victoria) penny and my second a William III farthing and I was hooked. Covid 19 has meant that most of 2020 and the beginning of 2021, we were all unable to get out and dig, organised digs were cancelled due to Covid restrictions and my permission was too far away to travel again due to Covid restrictions. We are all now able to get out and dig again and I am booked to go to two rallies, Detectorcon at the end of July 2021 and Detectival in September 2021.
