BatteryDead - Electronic Music BatteryDead is an electronic music project by Christian Ahlers from germany founded in the year 2004, although he started composing music since 1987 for the Amiga demoscene. His music is a melodic mixture of soundscapes, sequences and rhythm for chilling out. The goal of BatteryDead is to inspire, entertain, and at some moments touch the listeners soul. BatteryDead has his own style, so it is hard to compare him to other musicians. On the 14th of februar 2010, the first album "Deep Discharge" was released at german EM label Syngate Records. In the same year, BatteryDead was also nominated as newcomer for the Schallwelle Award. On the 8th of december 2011, the second album "Sands Of Deception" was released at Syngate Records. BatteryDead live: - Raumzeit in Dortmund / Germany on the 3th of september 2011 - Satzvey Castle (Mechernich / Germany) on the 24th of march 2012. You can hear the fun of playing the synthesizers.
