As três principais linhas de atuação são raça, gênero e trabalho e o foco dos vídeos são o combate ao racismo no mundo do trabalho e disseminar a cultura afro-brasileira e valorização da população negra, afrodescendente e quilombola: história, cultura e tradição. A plataforma contribui com a luta antirracista,também busca estar presente em eventos de relevância para a causa que veicula e defende, fomentando a prevenção e enfrentamento ao preconceito racial.
