Hello everyone I am Filipino woman living in the south of Norway with my Dutch family, started this channel to share my love and passion for baking and cooking, everything here is low carb because that is my way of eating, I am not a professional chef or dietician nor a doctor just doing this for my health. I try converting highcarb recipes into lowcarb ones this does not always work but mostly they turn out into delicious healthy recipes. I felt my health was not good so I switched to a low carb way of cooking and that really turned things around, I feel healthier lost a lot of weight and I am overall feeling great. Disclaimer: I do this as a hobby so I am not an expert I share and get a lot of information from the lcif group, I really believe that low carb food is healthy and can change your life but if you are not sure always consult with your doctor or dietician
