Muhterem Alparslan KUYTUL Hocaefendi’nin başlattığı bu hizmet halkasının temeli 1980‘li yıllara dayanmaktadır. Hocaefendinin çocukluğundan itibaren İslam’a ve İslami ilimlere önem vermesi ve lise yıllarında İslami hizmetin içinde aktif olarak bulunmasıyla başlayan bu hareket birkaç gayretli insanla birlikte yükselmiş ve 1994’te Furkan Vakfı olarak filiz vermiştir. Muhterem Alparslan KUYTUL Hocaefendi’nin de kurucularından olduğu bu vakfın asıl gayesi, hakiki imana ulaşmış, ibadete âşık, ahlak sahibi ve Allah (cc)’ın yeryüzünde hâkimiyeti için meşru yollarla mücadele eden, hayırlı işlerde topluma öncülük yapacak ÖNCÜ BİR NESİL HAZIRLAMAKTIR.
