Hi! My name is Grace Clark and I am the owner and founder of Grace Yoga For You. I am a certified yoga teacher RYT® 200, Board-Certified Music Therapist and piano teacher. The mission of Grace Yoga For You is to provide free, accessible yoga to all. Growing up, I was never physically able to do a lot of traditional yoga poses or classes. I grew up with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and scoliosis and had to have a double hip replacement by the age of 25. I know and see the value of yoga for everyone. Everyone’s body is different, everyone’s mind is different. Yoga helps us find unity in diversity and build a personal and individualized connection between our mind and our body.
