Welcome to Viv Ncaus Dance Troupe's youtube page. Viv Ncaus Dance Troupe was founded in 2007 by three teenage Hmong girls in Madison, WI. We are a program of Freedom Inc., a non profit organization based in Dane County, WI working end violence within and against Black, Hmong and Khmer women, girls and LGBTQ+ people. Viv Ncaus builds positive relationships between Hmong girls, and connecting them to social justice movements through art, music and dance. We believe that it ios important and necessary for us to document our stories and the stories of all the women who have come before us, and we do so by creating Hmong dances.
