I am a working wife and mother of three looking for peace in my life. I wanted to take the time and document my journey for others who are doing the same. I know that my finances can be better and over time, they have improved, so I wanted to share some of the things that I have done with the little means we have to improve our situation. I also wanted to share the ups and downs of marriage and how my husband and I are finding our stride after 8 years in the game. I wanted to share my struggle with maintaining my home and the anxiety that creeps in when someone announces they will be popping up to my house in 10 minutes and my kids have it looking like a tornado just came through. The last one and most difficult journey I am on is my journey to peace with my physical appearance. I struggle with the image I see of myself because she doesn't look like the girl I once knew. I am trying to get back to her and with that comes the big chop I just did of my natural hair!
