Here the aim is to collect all my Norse mythology videos and to present my Norse myth project - which is to become at least one book: "The Odin Mysteries". My project and research is based on the initial research I did when I wrote my master thesis at Oslo University in Old Norse myths in 2004 -- a link to this thesis is here: http://www.duo.uio.no/publ/iks/2004/18497/AUTO/18497.pdf In this dissertation, titled "The Maiden with the Mead -- a Goddess of Initiation in Old Norse Mythology?", I analysed the many stories that appear in the Edda featuring a "Maiden" ("mær" in Old Norse) who serves the "precious" or "ancient" or "sacred" mead to a god or a hero, and showed how all of these stories follow a structure of initiation: A Vision Quest including techniques of ecstasy or meditation, a Vision featuring the golden-bright Maiden, a Descent into the Underworld, a Trial of eloquence and fearlessness, and then a Consecration in which the Maiden of the Underworld serves the precious mead and often also her own "embrace" in a Sacred Marriage that consecrates the hero/god, who then returns to the world with a new status and with new knowledge. Often teachings happen on the way. The Maiden character is usually contrasted by an Ogress Crone character that represents the oblivion of death -- a character that must be overcome by fearlessness and through remembering one´s true self. The Crone possesses important knowledge, but only the Maiden will allow that knowledge to be remembered. My analysis was acknowledged as undisputable by my professors, but no interest was displayed for further research. The thesis was, however, published by VDM Verlag in 2009. I began thinking that this initiation structure in the Edda reflected a shamanistic type of initiation, but found that the themes of immortality and of conquering limitation of mind and the blindness of
