DETAILS ABOUT Silvio Diego
After a was run over by a car back in 2011 I bought a helmet camera and started recording my bike journeys. I find watching and sharing videos about cycling instructive and useful. I have been using GoPro Hero Sessions for the last few years with great results. Hero sessions are light and highly swappable. My back cam is still an antient Hero Session 4. Also have a Hero Session 5. In November 2022 I bought a Hero 11 Mini, not impressed with performance and it broke after only a month of use. I complained and got it replacement, still testing and use it on my helmet. My very early videos have a mix of headcam, SJcam and ION Air Pro. To upload to YouTube I'm using HD settings to encode, 1920 x 1080 pixels, Bit rate 24.19Mbps it creates files of about 180MB per minute. I almost always use MovieMaker to export I use the 'High-Definition Display'. Then YouTube will adjust the resolution according to bandwidth.
