W sobotę 1. Października 2011 na wrocławskim Stadionie Miejskim odbyła się oficjalna prezentacja nowej siły we wrocławskim sporcie. Przed ponad 20. Tysiącami kibiców zaprezentowała się drużyna GIGANCI Wrocław, będąca połączeniem wszystkich zawodników Mistrza Polski The Crew oraz wielu czołowych graczy Wicemistrza Devils Wrocław jak i sztabów działaczy i szkoleniowców obu drużyn. Giganci, to projekt, który ma pokazać, że Wrocław i Polska są już gotowi zaistnieć na Europejskich boiskach i z powodzeniem walczyć w Pucharach Europy. Chcemy naszą inicjatywą pokazać, jak wspaniałym sportem jest futbol i dotrzeć do dużo większego grona kibiców. Projekt wiąże się z promocją i relacjami z kibicami na dużo większych poziomie niż znany to tej pory. Giganci mają stać się kolejną po Śląsku, Sparcie i Gwardii marką we Wrocławiu.
