DETAILS ABOUT Data

The main reason for this channel is to have a platform to show the work I have been doing since late 2013. The Ascension project is a musical commentary on the processes I have been seeing in the world around me over the last 20 years or so. It is divided into stages, which correspond to the stages I went through, and those I am hopeful I will experience from the glimpses I have had of human nature, most specifically my own! The style of my work is variable, with some orchestrally inspired instrumentals, but mostly traditional songs. Some of them might once have fallen into the category of "protest songs", whilst others are unashamedly more upbeat. They all reflect or describe my observations of the world - a world that has changed in unimaginable ways throughout my own lifetime, and which shows distinct signs of growing towards some transparency and clarity, even though these can be overshadowed at times by events that I have no doubt are "arranged" to distract and confuse us.
