The initiative began in April 2018 with the installation of the first camera in Perham, followed by a second camera in Wadena in September 2021. Subsequently, cameras were added in Richville, Brainerd, Detroit Lakes, St Cloud, Staples, and Little Falls, MN. NTR is actively expanding its network and actively seeking appropriate locations for additional camera installations.
