Meu nome é Alfredo Bermúdez, mais conhecido como Psico. Gosto de treinar e experimentar movimentos. Pratico movimentos oriundos da capoeira (minha origem acrobática e grande paixão), parkour, calistenia, ginástica, breaking, tricking, parada de mãos, circo... vou fluindo de um movimento para outro, não pensando em sua origem, apenas em sua fluidez e plasticidade. Essa é a forma como gosto de treinar e criar hoje em dia. Quando estou ministrando aulas, foco naquilo que o aluno busca. Se é capoeirista, aula de floreio. Se é traceur, acrobacia voltada para o Parkour/freerunning. Se é um curioso, ensino um pouco de tudo. Não é só uma questão de ensinar uma técnica. É ajudar o aluno a trilhar seu próprio caminho. Sua própria verdade. Ninguém se move como eu. Não ensino alguém a ser o Psico... ajudo a pessoa a buscar sua própria expressão, seu próprio jeito de mover-se. Ensino apendendo e aprendo ensinando. Aqui no canal, um pouco de tudo isso!
