Hallo zäme, ich bin Anja aus Luzern Vielleicht hast du z.B. durch SternTV, SRF, Instagram oder sonst wo mal von meiner Geschichte gehört: Ich war vor vielen Jahren mal angefressene Bodybuilderin in L.A. mit Brustimplantaten, schwarzen Extensions bis zum Po und alles drehte sich um meal prep und den perfekten Körper. Irgendwann hab ich eingesehen, dass der Weg zum Glück ein anderer ist. Ich war ein Hamster im Hamsterrad und wollte, zu Lasten meiner Gesundheit, immer mehr. Dabei habe ich nicht bemerkt, dass ich statt glücklicher immer unzufriedener werde. Ich begann, zurück zu mir selbst zu finden, was nicht einfach, aber gelaungen war! Heute sind meine Essstörungen Geschichte und ich fand unter anderem durch Yoga endlich wieder die Balance, nach der ich mich unterbewusst so sehr gesehnt hatte. Mittlerweile ernähre ich mich vegan, habe ein Bestseller mit dem Titel "Sei glücklich, nicht perfekt!" geschrieben, einen TEDx-Talk gehalten, bin glücklich verlobt und Mama von zwei Kindern.
