" Les Harpies (ou Chiennes de Zeus)" is a french pagan/folk band. The band is made of three singers (Manon Florine CADET, Alaia PHILLIPS-DUCAU and Julie DENN), percussionists (Gael Payet), a guitarist/banjoist (Jordan Thil) and cellist (Marie Gebhard). The three Harpies are actresses/singers, lead singers, writers and composers of the lyrics & vocal arrangements (for both covers and compositions). They are inspired by their diverse origins (Reunion Island, Basque Country, North of France, USA) and by their multiple references (folk music, paganfolk, film & video games soundtrack, musical theatre, country music, rock, slam, hip hop, celtic music, opera, metal..). Through their songs, they wish to tell the tale of three strong & modern women, dealing with mythological deities as well as universal issues. Our first EP "L'envol" is out online on all platforms (Spotify, Deezer, Apple Music, Amazon Music, iTunes etc..)
