A vida de uma mulher não tem mais valor do que a minha ou de qualquer outro homem, e essa lei cria a desigualdade e proporciona que mulheres sem caráter a utilizem como arma e instrumento de vingança contra um homem que ela pretende atingir. A lei é para defesa da sociedade, quando ela é utilizada como ataque, ela precisa acabar! A presunção de inocência é preceito básico em qualquer sociedade funcional e a lei Maria da Penha acaba com este pilar ao permitir que apenas com base na palavra da mulher, o homem tenha sua vida devassada. Ele se vê obrigado a ter que provar sua inocência, ao invés dela ter que provar que ele fez algo contra ela. Isso é um absurdo e não podemos mais permitir que isso continue! Pelo fim da lei Maria da Penha JÁ!!!
