Fitness hakkında merak ettiğiniz her şeyi kanalımda bulabilirsiniz. Spor hayatıma Fenerbahçe Spor Kulübü’nde futbol oynayarak başladım. Minikler, yıldızlar ve gençler kademesinde 7 yıl oynadım. Geçirdiğim sakatlıklardan dolayı futbolu bırakmak zorunda kaldım ve kariyerimi atletizm üzerinden yönlendirmeye karar verdim. Marmara Üniversitesi BESYO’yu dereceyle bitirdikten sonra Almanya Köln Spor Yüksekokulu’nda eğitimime devam ettim. 1 yıl kadar eğitimden sonra Türkiye’ye döndüm ve fitness alanına yoğunlaştım. İstanbul’un çeşitli üst düzey spor kulüplerinde eğitmenlik ve yöneticilik yaptıktan sonra Acıbadem Sports‘ta kendi ekibimi kurarak Spor Müdürlüğü’nü üstlendim ve halen devam ediyorum. Kanalımda da şimdiye kadarki tecrübelerim ışığında, fitness ve sağlıklı yaşamla ilgili videolar paylaşıyorum. Biliyorum ki fit bir vücuda kavuşmanın temel yolu fitness ve dengeli beslenme.
