Hi, I'm Amber and welcome to my garden. Let me introduce myself.I am a gardener with a passion for seed saving and all things heirloom, a 5th generation homesteader, wife of a hard working freedom loving veteran, homeschool mom to two beautiful daughters, writter, blogger, crazy chicken lady, with a heart for all things old fashioned. The garden has been my love since I was knee high to a grasshopper. My first lessons in the garden were following behind my parents as they gardened on the family homestead that had been home to 4 generations before me. My grandparents ( and great grandparents) made thier living as market gardeners and their love for growing food seeped its way into my dna.I have a passion for preserving the old ways through seed saving and growing heirloom varieties.
