We work with other like minded adventure sport athletes, like runners, surfers and climbers in the health care industry. We share training tips and techniques to help you work around pain areas, define your athletic path or boost your performance. We also help people return to sport after injury, and post operatively. The Movement Centre is our physical location in Cape Town, South Africa. We draw from the combined knowledge of Physio, Chiro, Occupational Therapy, Biokinetics and specialised, high level personal trainers.
