From 2007-08, Hartlepool folk-goth-jazz-metal legends PJ & Oddam recorded over 15 albums worth of material together. It was an ill fated project from the beginning. Despite not having seen each other for over 15 years there was no practice sessions booked, nearly all of the songs were made up on the spot, PJ hadn't played his Bass guitar for over 10 years, Oddam's hand was virtually crippled & both couldn't stay sober for a single session. Hence, the great bulk of the material was complete sh*te. But despite this, PJ&Oddam recorded some delightful gems which displayed a rare musical quality & glimpse of genius hitherto unknown in the general area of Duke Street. Sadly, all the good stuff was lost in a fire & so we present to you: only the very worst of what PJ & Oddam had to offer. So, Journey with us now to the Ripped Backsides (of Hartlepool).
