Willkommen auf German Longplays. Wie euch der Name bereits suggerieren dürfte, findet ihr hier deutschsprachige Longplays zu den verschiedensten Spielen. Ich möchte mich da Genre technisch nicht einschränken. Allerdings werden die meisten LPs aus den Genres Action, Adventure und Horror stammen. Einfach weil sich diese besonders gut für Longplays eignen. Was ist ein Longplay? Ein Longplay ist die Videoaufzeichnung eines Videospiels, mit der Absicht es so vollständig wie möglich zu zeigen. Anders als bei einem Speedrun gibt es keine zeitliche Vorgabe, das Spiel schnellstmöglich durchzuspielen, jedoch werden auch häufig bei der Herstellung von Longplays tool-assisted Zwischenspeicherungen vorgenommen. Bei einem Longplay wird versucht, ein Spielende möglichst ohne Abkürzungen zu erreichen. Besonders eintönige Passagen können jedoch nachträglich für das endgültige Video herausgeschnitten werden, jedoch geht es generell darum, alles zu zeigen, was nötig ist, um das Spielende zu erreichen.
