Like many of the British bodybuilding greats before him, like Dorian Yates & Ernie Taylor and many more, Troy holds the British champion title. Troy has also competed as an IFBB PRO in 4 pro shows. Background started in soccer where he played for teams like West Hams Untied, Crystal Palace as a teenager in the left winger position. Troy also has a major passion for house music and has been a DJ and has released tracks. He has been personal training clients since the mid 90's. He currently trains clients at the Canadian Mecca of bodybuilding Pure Muscle & Fitness in Burlington Ontario. Troy is also the CEO of Apex Physiques along with his partner Jasmine and together they coach clients online all over the world.
