Nace como un proyecto evangelístico del director del grupo, Onan Alvis, quien en el año 2008 movido por la necesidad de hablar de Jesús y del PLAN DE SALVACIÓN A LA HUMANIDAD, se propuso unir fuerzas con Karen Rivera, su actual esposa. En compañía de varios de la congregación IPUC San Luis en Cali, se propusieron apoyar con serenatas e intervenciones musicales en eventos programados, con el paso del tiempo se pensó en hacer partícipes a otros jóvenes apasionados por servir al Señor, fue así como se conformó en principio el grupo Misión Alabanza en el año 2010, como reconocimiento a una frase: "fuimos creados para alabanza de la Gloria de Dios", nuestro único propósito debía ser agradarle y alabarle con nuestra vida. A través de los años pasaron varios músicos, todos con el anhelo de servir a Dios, unos han perdurado, otros han seguido adelante con sus planes, aun así, con los que han estado, están, y estarán, nuestro objetivo, es dar la Gloria y Honra. +57 316 4669939 Onan Alvis
