I’m starting this to lose a couple of pounds I’m at 6’4 and 320lbs. I’m a transport truck driving instructor I enjoy spending time with family, kayaking with my wife and swimming in the summer. I’m going to try and upload 1 video every day for 1 year to see how this goes. I’ve been 350lbs before and I’ve been all the way down to 239lbs. Please subscribe and like the videos so I know when I’m doing it right. Also leave comments to help me know what works or if you have any questions. At the beginning I’m just going to try and fill you in on “the day” maybe share some pictures and I’ll try to share some moments with you. The goal is to eventually get good at making videos and editing so they are better quality. Keep in mind I have no idea what I’m doing
