A história de Junior & Marcos começou há 20 anos, na cidade de Itapeva, onde os dois cantaram juntos pela primeira vez, em um show de comitê. O encontro foi ao acaso e a música não foi ensaiada. Na época, o pai de Junior, que era empresário do filho, ficou admirado pela sintonia de vozes e os amigos incentivaram a dupla, que nasceu ali, naquele dia. EM 2001 foi lançado o primeiro CD da dupla que desde então vem trabalhando para tornar seu trabalho reconhecido no mercado fonográfico. Já tiveram o prazer de dividir o palco com Guilherme & Santiago, João Bosco & Vinícius, Hugo e Tiago, Zé Henrique & Gabriel e muitos outros nomes do sertanejo. Foram eles os responsáveis pela migração do Rock para a levada Sertaneja, da música “Diversão”, de autoria de Jeff Garcia/Guilherme Bicalho e Mauro Cardim. Foi com essa música, que a dupla ganhou projeção nacional. E este ano, a dupla lança o sétimo CD de sua carreira, com um repertório composto por 10 faixas. Destaque para a canção inédita “Acordar
