TRU Motivated Fitness was Founded by Amos Hill on January 20th 2015 in Mobile AL. My Channel is all about Health and Fitness Training in order to give people the body and fitness tips they need. I started this channel because I wanted to help people loose weight, get in shape and stay in shape (Get Fit Stay Fit) is the motivation I give to people that are really serious about getting in shape. I also give people a diet plan that they can get on If they're looking to burn calories and get toned up. For those who are looking to get Buff and keep the weight but tone it up a lil bit, I have weight gaining tips for them also. A few of them are, Eat 3 to 4 times a day, Eat food with alot of Carbs and Protein and lift heavy weight while in the gym with less reps and at least 3 sets of each. I'm really proud that the business is taking a big effect and getting some good comments.
