Dobrodosli na Oficijalni kanal Blaza i Kljunovi U jesen 1993. godine na spontanom okupljanju u klubu SKC-a svirali su Arigo Saki gitaru, Voja bubanj, Deki iz Novog Sada bas a Blaža je pevao, svirao, lomio akustičnu gitaru i puštao filmove sa pornografskom tematikom. Ovaj koncept se pokazao kao dobar medju ljubiteljima alkohola i ex-yu rokenrola, tako da pomenuta četvorka razmišlja kako da materijalizuje novonastalu situaciju. Rešenje se nametnulo samo po sebi kada je Blaža na probu doveo čoveka sa dugom kosom u crnoj kožnoj jakni i rekao "Ovo je gazda Milutin!" Gazda Milutin je sa Blažom ranije nastupao kao duet - Blaža svira gitaru i peva, a Milutin udara daire i u pauzama pušta muziku. Isto tako, Blaža je sa Milutinom imao emisuju na tada jako popularnoj radio stanici "Pingvin" koja se zvala "Blaža medju šljivama". Milutin je predložio i ime grupe koje je bilo opšte prihvaćeno, tako da početkom 1994. godine grupa Prljavi inspektor Blaža i Kljunovi počinje sa zvaničnim radom.
