Los últimos dos años en la carrera de Los Mesoneros, banda formada por Luis Jimenez (Lagos), Juan Sucre y Carlos Sardi, han sido un viaje vertiginoso hacia su consagración como uno de los bastiones más importantes del pop rock de América Latina. El grupo obtuvo dos nominaciones más a los Latin Grammy y logró una serie de conciertos con entradas agotadas en ciudades como Madrid, Barcelona, Caracas, Buenos Aires y Santiago, culminando con dos funciones llenas en el Teatro Metropólitan de la Ciudad de México. Luego, fueron incluidos en los carteles principales de festivales como Lollapalooza Chile y Pal Norte en Monterrey. Regresaron al estudio para terminar "Nuestro Año", su cuarto álbum, donde ampliaron su estilo con teclados, instrumentos vintage y referencias al pop y rock setentero. Durante 2024, la banda girará por Estados Unidos y México para presentar su nuevo material en una serie extensa de conciertos.
