Canal Oficial del grupo LOS FOLKLORISTAS Los Folkloristas es una agrupación de músicos mexicanos, formada en la Ciudad de México en 1966, con el objetivo de difundir la música folklórica y la nueva canción de México y América Latina. El eje central del proyecto es la investigación de las expresiones culturales y el rescate de las raíces folklóricas de México y Latinoamérica, incorporando todo este conocimiento a su repertorio. Actualmente están conformados por: Olga Alanís, Valeria Rojas, José Avila, Enrique Hernández, Diego Avila, Omar Valdez y Sergio Ordóñez. Su repertorio registrado es de poco más de 450 piezas, abarcando más de 140 géneros de México y 17 países de Latinoamérica. En sus presentaciones tocan más de 70 instrumentos de las distintas regiones de México y América Latina, incluyendo instrumentos de la época prehispánica. En 2015 el grupo fue reconocido con el “Premio Nacional de Ciencias y Artes 2015” en el campo de Artes y Tradiciones Populares.
